Wife's name could have been Nancy or he could have had a first wife named Nancy Stephen had possibly 4 daughters and 3 sons. Daughters married Hufflmier, Law and Reeder Stephen was a preacher and believed in building communities. Along with kinsmen, her helped to build the Liberty School and Meeting House in Franklin, Simpson Co, KY When Archiblad Heffington applied for a Revolutionary War pension, Stephen provided an affidavit in his behalf. - from Ruth Heffington's book
